Xbox 360 wireless controller

this is an ideal bit of kit if:
1: your console came with a wired controller
or
2: You need an extra controller
In my opinion the xbox 360 has the best controller of any console. The size is absolutely perfect for me and the layout of the analogue sticks is spot on. The controller has pressure responsive buttons so you can do various moves or accelerate/brake at different rates in games and has a guide button right in the middle which is an unbelieveably useful button for 2 reasons:
1 - it will turn your console on and off without having to get up out of your seat!
2 - You can access the xbox 360 dashboard from one simple press and harness the full functionality of your xbox from it.
As I said before I think this is a must buy. It is extremely comfortable. The range is atleast 15 feet, obviously being wire free means you can sit absolutely anywhere you want. It is extremely responsive and I have never had any lag at all from it and it lets you know when the battery is low wih its ring of light.
I must also add that the controller comes with a compartment for putting 2 x AA size batteries in. This is great because you can either stick with this like a lot of peolpe do, or you can buy a rechargeable battery pack to pop into it so you save a fortune on batteries.
The guide button has 4 leds in a ring of light around it. These will all flash at once to notify you of varous things - such as a friend coming online, gaining an achievement or a download completing. They will also flash around in a circlular motion if your battery is low, and finally as there are 4 - it will show you what player you are - eg 1, 2 3 or 4.
To score this from 1 to 5, 5 being the best I would say 5!
Prices do range significantly (£20 to £35)but the more savvy users out there would buy it in a pack with 2 games called a wireless entertainment pack. These are available for the lower price mark above if you look hard enough!
To sum it all up - absolutely essential piece of kit for the xbox 360 - dont get caught without one!

Fallout 3 Review for XBOX 360
This is more of a section of your life than a game - its that big. Were talking over 100hrs of content and tons of new downloads for it too!
The game is about a huge expriment that is happening and a boys\girls quest to find their father. You start at birth and quickly learn to walk and most of the ins and outs of controlling your character. When you finally leave youre safe haven the game really comes to life. You can go anywhere - kill anything and do almost anything. The game has a set story to follow which can pan out in over 100 endings, but there is no strict rule that you have to follow it. You can just wander around killing and looting if you wish, or even just talking to all of the humans that you meet. The game is from a 1st person point of view and has RPG style XP points that get you new abilities and improve things such as strength and use of weapons, and the world is so huge that it would take you the best part of a say to walk from one side to the other - and you will probably die in the process. The game again like so many more today has adaptive enemies. It will not put you against the strongest creature (such as a deathclaw) t level 1 - you will get mole rats, and then as you level up the wimpy enemies dissapear and the harder ones come out to play making it a continuous challenge.
One example of the excellent storyline is a place called Oasis. Now bearing in mind that the game is set in america, but there has been a nuclear war so there are no plants, literally nothing normal alive! Oasis is hidden in a rocky hillside, and whn you walk in there are lush plants everywhere. There are 15 or so people to talk to and a long story chunk in this part but to cut it short - the people that live there all worship a tree called Harold - he was once a man and has now turned to a tree! He asks you til kill him and put him out of his misery - the followers want him to live - so you are faced with a choice - believe me one of many in the game - do what you like but either way there will be consequences!!!
So to sum it up - 1st person shooter, tons to kill, tons to explore, some truly great weapons (especially a gun called the fat man which launches mini nuclear missiles) ad some truly strange beasts - highly recommended!

Call of Duty 6 Modern Warfare 2 Review
I know this is completely random but hey sometimes you have to be! I LOVE this game!
Review is written by - ME!
Where do you start with a game like this!
Single player:
The single payer campaign is absolutely amazing. From the very first moment of the game to the last it is a white knuckle ride! The graphics are gorgeous and there are multiple set pieces all over the place! Most games can claim 1 or 2 set peices that make the game and make you want to play it for that. This game has atleast one on each level! From manning a predator drone missile, to driving on the back of a truck with a minigun, and then racing down a mountain on a skimobile the action is non stop start to finish!
This game is really aimed at adults due to one level. In fairness the game does warn you at the start and you do have the option to skip that particular level if you like, but I found it fine - after all its only a game! Sound from the game is in full 5.1 surround sound so if you have the set up make the most of it!
After you have finished the single player campaign there is a mode called Spec-Ops. This is more a test of skill and uses some familiar sites from the game to say - kill 100 enemies before dying, or last 5 minutes until you are rescued and this mode is equally as entertaining as the single payer campaign.
Multiplayer:
This is the single best multiplayer experience online at the moment. There are several game modes ranging from free for all (a deathmatch all vs all) to headquarters (your team has to capture a location and keep if for a set time), capture the flag, domination - the list goes on and on!
You start at level one and with each kil you gain XP. You need say 500XP points to level to level 1, then maybe 750 to level 2, and the list goes on all the way until level 70. As you progress through the levels you unlock new guns and some new skills along the way which make this very addictive as you really want to get to level 70 ASAP. Then remember earlier in the review I said it was almost limitless - well it takes approximately 50 hours of gameplay to get to level 70. After you complete this level you get the option to prestige. This means start all over again at level 0! Yes I said it! You can do this 10 times to get all of the relevant medals (each level has its own medal, and then each prestige level has its own ones too). So you are looking at 500+ hours to fully complete multiplayer!
Overall conclusion:
This is a game not to be missed! I would strongly recommend it!

As you progress through the levels you unlock new guns and some new skills along the way which make this very addictive as you really want to get to level 70 ASAP. Then remember earlier in the review I said it was almost limitless - well it takes approximately 50 hours of gameplay to get to level 70. After you complete this level you get the option to prestige. This means start all over again at level 0! Yes I said it! You can do this 10 times to get all of the relevant medals (each level has its own medal, and then each prestige level has its own ones too). So you are looking at 500+ hours to fully complete multiplayer!
